ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
During new releases, restocks, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The following shipping rates apply to domestic U.S. orders only.
Standard Shipping: (5 - 8 business day) — $7.99
Priority Shipping: (3 - 4 business day) — $14.99
Free Standard Shipping: — On all orders over $100 USD.
Free Priority Shipping: — On all orders over $200 USD.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once tracking information has been provided, please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the status of your shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@sculptproject.com.
We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Sculpt Project is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at support@sculptproject.com and include your order number and the full name associated with the order so we can assist you.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Sculpt Project due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee: $7.99 for standard shipping or $14.99 for expedited shipping. If the address is correct and the package is returned, no reshipping fee will be charged.
